These provisions regulate the use of the Internet portal service (hereinafter, the "Portal") that the Xunta de Galicia makes available to Internet users.
The Xunta de Galicia is the owner of the subdomain "web address" and of the different elements included in it.
The content provided through this Portal isissued for information purposes only and does not replace the publicity of the provisions and acts that have to be formally published in official gazettes. Although every effort will be made to ensure that the information contained here is accurate and up to date, the Xunta de Galicia does not guarantee the absence of errors in the content of this Portal, nor that it is completely upto date.
The Xunta de Galicia accepts no liability for any damages that may be caused by the illegitimate or inappropriate use of the tools and information contained in the Portal, with the exception of all actions resulting from the application of the legal provisions to which it is subject in the strict exercise of its powers.
The Xunta de Galicia accepts noresponsibility whatsoever for the connection or content of links to external sites over which it has no control, and the user of this Portal must, in anycase, abide by the specific conditions of use of such links.

Intellectual and industrial property
The intellectual property rights of thiswebsite and its contents are owned by the General Administration and theautonomous public sector of Galicia.
The information available on this Portal,unless expressly indicated to the contrary, may be reused, and its total orpartial reproduction, modification, distribution and communication for commercial and non-commercial use is authorised, subject to the following conditions:

The user is obliged to cite the source of the documents subject to re-use.
This licence does not reduce or restrict the exclusive rights of the holder of the intellectual property rights, such asthe design of the Portal and source codes, trademarks, trade names, logos or distinctive signs, in accordance with the Intellectual Property Law or anyother applicable laws.
Privacy
By browsing, you consent to receive the cookies used by the Portal, which in no case are used to collect personal information. They are of two types:
First-party cookies: these are sent to your computer and managed exclusively by the Xunta de Galicia, which only obtains and keeps the information relating to session and language data. These cookies are necessary for the correct functioning and visualisation of the Portal by the user.
Third-party analytical cookies: the Portal uses cookies from the Google Analytics tool, which performs a statistical measurement and analysis of user browsing on the website, in order to improvethe services offered by the Portal. Data protection
The processing of personal data carried out through this Portal shall be subject to the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable regulations. The data provided by the interested party will be used, solely and exclusively, for the purposes foreseen in the procedure or action in question. Under no circumstances will the aforementioned data be processed or transferred to thirdparties, except with the unequivocal consent of the data subject, or in thecases provided for in articles 6.2 and 11.2 of Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data.
In compliance with the provisions of the aforementioned Organic Law 15/1999, the transferor of the data may, at anytime, exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and oppositionin the manner determined by regulation.
Use of languages
Article 13 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, onthe Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, guarantees the exercise of the linguistic rights recognised in the legal system and, inparticular, those referring to the use of Galician in the relations of citizenswith the public administration of Galicia. To this end, the Portal will provide access to its contents and services in Galician and Spanish.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
For all litigious matters or those related to the Portal, Spanish legislation will be applicable, and the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Santiago de Compostela will be competent to resolveall conflicts arising from or related to the use of this Portal.
